Job Title: Key Account Executive (Food Manufacturing)

Location: Rochester

Salary: £28,000 –  £33,000

Hours: Monday – Friday 9am-5pm

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, goals, and preferences.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, addressing their enquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Coordinate and manage client orders and projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance.
  • Work closely with production, logistics, and quality control teams to meet client expectations.
  • Keep clients informed about the progress of their projects, including updates on manufacturing, quality control, and delivery schedules.
  • Proactively communicate any potential issues and offer solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, orders, and project details.
  • Generate regular reports to track key account performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Address any issues or concerns raised by clients, working with internal teams to find effective solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in key account management or customer service within the FMCG/Food/Drinks industry is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
