Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Reporting to the Senior Vehicle Technician, you will carry out installations, maintenance and deinstallations of telematics and equipment across an extensive vehicle fleet. This will include working on vehicles at remote locations as well as on Company and/or supplier sites. You may also be asked to support the team by working on other vehicle maintenance and repair tasks as required.

Junior Vehicle Technician Key Responsibilities:

• To install telematics and cameras in our mid-size vans (3.5 T) and HGVs
• To assist with routine maintenance and repair tasks as required
• To work safely by using all tools and equipment correctly and by observing all Company Health and Safety rules
• To refer to the Senior Vehicle Technician as and when necessary to ensure that tasks can be completed within the right timescales and to the required quality.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Experience as a van technician.
• Achieved or working towards an NVQ Level 2 Van Technician qualification, or ability to demonstrate equivalent skill.
• A valid UK Driving Licence is essential for this role.
