International law firm based in modern offices in the heart of London’s legal hub, voted amongst the Top 10 Law Firms to work at are looking to hire a new Junior Legal Secretary on permanent basis to join their busy Hub Support Team working across all practice areas providing key support to each group. Previous Legal PA/Secretary experience would be preferred but not essential. The role will be supporting other Legal Secretaries in the department and will work with Lawyers of all levels.

Salary up to £28,000
Hybrid Working (50/50)
8 hours rotating shift between 8am-7pm

Responsibilities of the Junior Team Executive:

  • Aassisting other Secretaries in the firms practice groups with an array of tasks.
  • Diary management, arranging meetings and conference calls and liaising with other secretaries/external clients.
  • Collating documentation for meetings and circulating agendas in advance.
  • Carrying out research as may be required.
  • Booking video/conference calls, meeting rooms and required refreshments.
  • Responsible for bills/invoices.
  • Drafting/typing of letters or documents.
  • Printing of agendas, presentations and meetings papers for Partners/Fee-Earners.
  • Attending team meetings and taking minutes as required
  • Involvement in committees and steering groups relating to secretarial/administrative support/processes for the wider firm. 

Candidates will ideally have some experience working within a legal team before and be familiar with office software. The Junior Team Executive will also need strong communication and organisational skills and a keen, ready to learn attitude.
