Junior Sales Executive

Up to 28K plus bonus OTE 30K+  DOE plus great benefits package
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our clients’ team as a Junior Sales person.
 
What is the purpose of the Junior Sales role?
 
This role will be revolve around progressing the quotations in the current pipeline and following up on those opportunities with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service, and fostering strong relationships. What are the responsibilities of the Junior Sales person?
  1. Sales expertise:
    • Overseeing the current pipeline and converting quotes into sales: initiating to completion.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review the quotations and identify data received to address positive outcomes moving forward.
    • Identify and address potential pain points, finding proactive solutions to ensure conversion success.     
  2. Customer Service:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor.
    • Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
    • Strive for customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.                       
  3. Enthusiasm:
    • Bring a positive and proactive attitude to the team and client interactions.
    • Demonstrate a genuine passion for the services offered and an eagerness to share that enthusiasm with clients.                                                                                                                                                     
  4. Accuracy and Deadline Adherence:
    • Ensure all project-related documentation is accurate.
    • Be able to use data to provide evidence of sales trends
What skills and qualifications will the Junior Sales Person have?
  • Proven experience in Sales or in a similar customer-facing role. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - via phone and in person.
  • Enthusiastic and proactive attitude with a passion for owning own responsibilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay on target.
  • Experience of utilising CRM packages and inputting data on to the system
What will the Junior Sales Person get in return?
  •  UP to £28,000 basic  OTE 30K+  DOE plus range of benefits
