Junior Sales Executive
  • Annual Salary: £25,000 - £27,500
  • Location: Essex - close to central line station
  • Job Type: Full-time

We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a Junior Sales Executive to join an award-winning, fast-growing, global distribution and logistics company.

Due to incredible growth, they are looking for an individual to help identify sales opportunities, manage deals/accounts, and help achieve business targets. 

Day to day of the role:
  • Identify and engage with prospective sales prospects.
  • Developing business deals
  • Collaborate with Business Managers to exchange insights on business development, learning opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Monitor the progression of ongoing business overseen by Logistics Officers.
  • Monitoring the outcome of the deals: quantitatively (financial and volumes) and qualitatively (customer experience, satisfaction of internal processes).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Personable, hardworking, and ambitious personality.
  • Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and in person.
  • Experience in cold calling or making phone calls is desirable but not essential.
  • Capability to cultivate and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Proficiency in conducting market research and analysing industry trends to inform business strategies.
