We are an official sports hospitality broker, selling packages for the biggest music and sports events like Wimbledon, Ascot, Twickenham, British Grand Prix, The Open, The O2… We are looking for fun and motivated people to come and join our existing sales team.

We are looking to build a team of strong entrepreneurial spirits who want to develop their career within sales to senior account managers and executives.

This is a fantastic entry level position where full training will be provided so we welcome applications from all backgrounds including Sales, Retail, Hospitality & Customer Service and more.

Role Info:

Junior Sales Executive
Balham, London
£22,000 per annum for the 1st 6 months + generous uncapped commission from day one
Plus £30,000 OTE

Developing to a Senior and £25,000 per annum after the 6 months are completed with generous commission and bonus structure.

We have a large, fun office with a pool table, arcade machines, table tennis and foosball table.

Great working hours: 10:30-6 Monday, 10-6 Tuesday-Thursday and 9-1 on Friday

Clients: We work with all the big sporting and music venue brands like Wimbledon, Ascot, The British Grand Prix, The O2 Arena, Twickenham etc. and there are plenty of opportunities to visit these iconic events.

The Junior Sales Executive Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Sales Executive to join a dynamic, fun and rapidly growing hospitality company based in our new Balham office.

The role will be selling the most sought-after sporting/music events to new business prospects, which you will then develop with the help of a manger into long standing and regular spending accounts.

The focus of your role will be reaching out to all sorts of chief execs so strong determination and excellent customer service skills will serve you well in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Making around 150 outbound calls a day to prospective clients
+ Creating and continuing to develop outstanding relationship with clients, partners and colleagues, effectively communicating our value proposition both written and verbally
+ Identifying and qualifying new opportunities in order to build and develop a sales pipeline for new business prospects, generating new business as a result
+ Adhering to activity KPI’s, creating marketing and lead generation plans for continual improvement on target growth, being accountable for your personal sales targets
+ Ensuring that the CRM system is always up to date
+ Demonstrating a good understanding of the business process and sales cycle

About You:

We are looking for confident, enthusiastic people with good communication skills and an ability to think on their feet. It is a telephone sales job, pitching to directors of companies.

You don’t need any previous sales training for this role as all our training is provided and is ongoing.

However, it is important to note that this is a strong sales role at its core so we are looking for those with the following attributes:
