Academics are looking to appoint a Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our Hampshire team based in Ocean Village, Southampton.

Due to the growing success of the branch, we are seeking a driven and dynamic recruiter, or someone with a flare for sales who is looking for a new role to work within the education sector.

We are looking for a Junior Recruitment Consultant with personality and drive, who is eager to create a successful career for themselves in recruitment. You will be joining an experienced team of education recruitment specialists who will support your development into a 360' recruiter. The suitable person will be committed, honest, hard working and be able to self motivate.
