Property Manager - Lettings & Developments

Bath & Bristol lettings

Our client has seen expansion throughout 2023 and there are lots of property developments across the Bristol and BANES area which require the expertise of a property manager to move in to this newly created position. The properties are higher end and well maintained.

We are keen to speak with candidates who have gained some lettings/property administration experience

  • Supporting on a large portfolio of letting properties and developments including purpose built student accommodation (PBSA)
  • Ideally 1 year working either as a viewer, negotiator, property admin
  • Confident to meet with the public, well presented.
  • Driver with a car as covering the Bristol, North and North East Somerset around Bath

Property Management is a fulfilling position and can bring its challenges so keen to hear from candidates who can work under pressure and tight schedules while delivering strong customer service and team motivation!

The team is collaborative and very supportive, so team player who enjoys a social would be great!

  • Office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (weekend only at change over or pre- agreed if required
