Location: Home based - with regular travel to Buckinghamshire
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum plus competitive benefits
Rise10 Recruitment are working exclusively with a multi-award-winning construction business who have been successfully operating for over 20 years. Due to continued business growth this market leader has created an exciting new role of Junior Project Manager.

As this is a Junior Project Manager position full training will be provided to the successful candidate. You must be able to showcase your desire to either continue your career in Project Management or clearly be able to demonstrate why this is the future career path for you.
The successful candidate will have skills and experience in some or all of the following areas:
- Knowledge of CAD or Revit
- Experience within the construction sector or a similar industry
- Ability to manage a variety of large contracts (ranging from £30k to £1million in value)
- An understanding of working to project budgets and supplier costings
- Experience of working with external contractors
- A good understanding of Design processes
- Strong relationship management skills
- Must be fully proficient using Microsoft packages
This position comes with a company laptop, mobile phone and company car allowance. This role does involve travel, please only apply if you have a valid UK driving license and your own vehicle.
