This is a developing professional role. Applies specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing and/or evaluating processes and data.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate projects across Fund Accounting Operations, in cooperation with our Product, Technology, Operations partners for our Fund Accounting clients;
  • Project Manage a portfolio of 5-10 Fund Accounting Projects ensuring full adherence to internal governance standards throughout the lifecycle of the project.
  • Formulate detailed project plans, analysis of effort, cost and impact on various Citi businesses to ensure timely execution and mitigate potential risks;
  • Take proactive actions targeted at minimizing and mitigating implementation risk;
  • Ensure that all necessary project documentation is maintained and all necessary approvals for the project are obtained;
Qualifications:
  • Degree/Diploma Qualification (Business Studies, Finance, Marketing, Technology)
  • 1 -2 years' experience working in a corporate environment, preferably (but not required) within a Funds Administration organization.
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment under tight deadlines.
  • Proven ability to independently prioritize tasks and manage own capacity.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English required.
  • Confident presence when engaging with senior audiences.
  • Project Management experience ideally preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Qualification in project management or equivalent preferred but not essential.
  • Finance industry background
  • Experience in driving projects with external clients will be an asset
  • Stakeholder management skills
