Junior Probate Executive

A reputable and well-established law firm is seeking a Junior Probate Executive to join their close-knit team. This role will be based Heathfield, so the ideal candidate needs to be locally situated in East Sussex.

This firm specialises in property and private client work and provides personalised legal solutions to its clients.

About the Role:

As a Junior Probate Executive, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced lawyers in managing probate cases from start to finish.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with estate administration tasks, including asset inventory, beneficiary notifications, and creditor communications.
  • Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents under supervision.
  • Providing support to attorneys during client meetings and court proceedings.
  • Maintaining accurate case files and documentation.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in law or related field (preferred but not required).
  • 12 months+ experience in private client or probate is required.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
