A multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy are looking to hire a Junior Principal Designer / CDM Advisor for their London office. This office provides a close-knit family feel team, with benefits of a medium sized consultancy due to their nationwide operations. This offers a Junior Principal Designer / CDM Advisor a chance to work within a Hybrid nature, whilst progressing themselves within the Principal Design / CDM Advisor world.

Junior Principal Designer

The Junior Principal Designer / CDM Advisor will be undertaking site audits across their Residential projects in London. They will be provided on-going assistance/training in the analysing of Construction Phase Plans (CPP) and Pre-construction Information (PCI). Training will be provided depending on your experience level.

Junior Principal Designer requirements

  • NEBOSH National Certificate
  • IOSHH Affiliate member ideally
  • Experience working within a trade or Design preferable
