Randstad are working with a leading Renewable Energy company specialising in providing sustainable solutions to private owners, architects, building contractors, housing associations, councils, and property management companies. There mission is to promote environmentally friendly practices through the installation of Heat Pumps, Heating and Hot Water Systems, and Underfloor Heating.

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Plumber to join there team in Tadley. This is an exciting opportunity for a recently qualified individual who is passionate about renewable energy and eager to learn and grow within the industry. As a Junior Plumber, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects, gaining valuable experience in renewable energy systems while contributing to our mission of sustainability.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior plumbers with the installation of Heat Pumps, Heating and Hot Water Systems, and Underfloor Heating.
  • Learn and apply best practices for plumbing installations in residential and commercial settings.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of assignments.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Recently qualified plumber with a strong interest in renewable energy.
  • Desire to learn and develop skills in the renewable energy market.
  • Basic understanding of plumbing installations.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
