Job Title: Junior Paraplanner
Salary: £32,000 - £36,000
Location: Birmingham
A well-respected Independent Financial Planning firm with a good reputation are looking for an experienced Administrator to come and join their growing team.
This firm have grown over the last few years and are a forward-thinking business that embrace technology and pride themselves on the technical knowledge that their team provides, along with the high-levels of customer service which is tailored to each client’s needs.
They have a friendly, teamwork-orientated culture and are looking for a paraplanner who can join a positive, collaborative team supporting the firms advisors.
The Role:
The role would include writing suitability reports, complex research, producing illustrations, being involved in some client meetings and dealing with new and existing clients whilst working closely with the firm’s financial planners.

The Required Skills:
- Level 4 Diploma Qualified or progress towards this is desirable
- Experience of working with an IFA or Wealth Management firm and experience of writing tailored suitability reports.
- Good level of technical knowledge, particularly around pensions and investments.
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence and ability to deal with clients in a professional, personable manner.
- Good understanding of the FCA and how a Financial services firm operates
