6 years and growing, this e-commerce business is experiencing year on year growth. With plans to make 2024 the year they scale up across all platforms, they're in need of an experienced merchandiser to help get them there.

As the Junior Merchandiser you will be going into challenge the norm, set new ways of working, pull data apart and ultimately dig deeper into how they can worker smarter, not harder.

If you're a Junior Merchandiser who loves to detail, product and has a proven track record of successfully managing stock with profitable ranges this could be the role for you.

AS THE JUNIOR MERCHANDISER:

• You will be owning the planning, forecasting and inventory management of stock for the whole business
• As the Junior Merchandiser you will be accountable for full stock control including the management of weekly cover, intake and newness
• Ability to phase and cancel accordingly to derisk
• Own all Monday trade reporting, top line notes, and ability to highlight key actions and follow up accordingly with wider team
• Action rebuys, phasing and cancellations on the back of trade
• Work into newness options for the week with your buyer, optimising OTB
• Full budget management
• Ability to forecast and plan
• Set up basic processes where required surrounding reporting
• Review all styles coming into the business at margin level
• Build clear pricing architectures
• Strict and strategic management of mark downs and promotions
• Ability to trade weekly, with spotting the opportunity of "quick wins"
• Work with your buyer to work to the department critical path - especially around seasonality and peak selling windows
• Actively protect and plan for black friday & other key launch dates
