Junior IFA Administration Opportunity – Training and Development Offered

Are you a school leaver with good qualifications who is looking for a rewarding career in the financial sector? Do you have excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills? Do you want to work for a reputable and growing independent financial adviser (IFA) firm?

If you answered yes to these questions, then we have an exciting opportunity for you. Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join their administration team as an IFA administrator. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to advisers and clients, such as processing applications, preparing reports, updating records, and liaising with providers.

This is an entry-level role that will offer you the chance to learn from experienced professionals and develop your skills and knowledge in the financial services industry. You will also have the opportunity to study for relevant qualifications and progress your career within the firm.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 2 Highers in Maths and English
  • A keen interest in finance and a willingness to learn
  • A positive attitude and a strong work ethic
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • A good level of computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office
  • A friendly and professional manner, both on the phone and in person
