I'm looking for a junior HR Business Partner to join a housing group within the West Midlands.

Are you a HR professional who would like to work for a values led organisation? We have a fantastic opportunity for an organised and results driven Junior HR Business Partner with the ability to lead on multiple projects, while driving our 2024 ED&I Calendar

The role is 6 month fixed term contract working 37 hours per week.

The successful candidate will receive a salary of £34,235 per annum and will be based from home, with a hybrid working arrangement. We are happy to accept a flexible working pattern 1 day in the office a fortnight

The successful candidate will be a practicing Christian who will create an environment where people feel valued, empowered and equipped to do their best work. This person will play a full part to further the organisational aims and provide strong Christian leadership to the stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Head of HR Operations in projecting lead the HR Plan for 2024.
  • Employee Relations investigations, disciplinaries and grievances
  • HR Policy and Procedure document reviews
  • Drive the ED&I calendar activities and staff networks
