Junior Heat Pump Engineer

Junior Heat Pump Engineer required for our client; a specialist within the Heat Pump industry who carry out the Commissioning, Maintenance, and regular Servicing of a range of different manufacturers products in residential settings across Kent (Maidstone, Canterbury). Due to expansion, our client is looking to take on a Junior Heat Pump Service Engineer who will be provided with full training and support to become a fully-fledged Heat Pump Engineer in due course.

The role will involve carrying out routine servicing and planned/reactive maintenance on Heat Pumps within Home Counties within mainly residential properties, along with providing customers with expert knowledge and assistance to enable them to minimise future energy costs and utilise their products.

The ideal candidate will either be someone that has recently completed their Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Heat Pumps (6090) qualification or NVQ Level 2 Plumbing and Heating (6189) qualification, and is looking to specialise within a progressive industry. Our client will also consider candidates who are experienced engineers who have recently completed these courses and are looking for a change of industry, i.e. Air Conditioning Engineer's or Plumbers.

Candidates who are currently attending collage once a week are being considered for this position.

• Salary £20k - £25k, depending on experience

• Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, and Heat Pumps OR NVQ Level Plumbing & Heating qualification
• Plumbing or heating experience
• F-Gas (Desirable)
• Field Service Engineering experience desirable
• Full UK Driving Licence essential
• Excellent communication skills
