My client is located in Alton, Hampshire is looking to recruit a Junior Financial Administrator, we have placed a number of positions with them over the last 12 months They provide advice on pensions, investments, tax planning, IHT, trusts, mortgages, and certain protections to the full market. Rather than doing discrete transactions, they would rather handle comprehensive financial planning.

They have established a solid reputation in the community for offering the best wealth management and financial guidance. Working professionals, wealth accumulators, company executives, retirees, and HNW families with sizeable assets that need to be handled are among their clientele. The wealthiest individuals have more than £1 million to invest. By 2024, business will be busier than ever. My client currently serves 1000 clients, and this number will continue to rise as a result of recommendations and referrals.

The MD is creating a brand-new role within the business for a Junior Financial Administrator. This Junior Financial Administrator will have very basic understanding of finance but a willingness to learn and get stuck in but know that the financial services industry if for them. A basic understanding of the concept of financial advice and planning is all that is required, but more importantly a fantastic attitude and willingness to learn is essential. You will be working in a small team of 3 administrators supporting 3 Financial Advisers doing end to end financial administration and client servicing.

You will receive full training and support to fulfil your duties with weekly catchups with your line manager and tailored training programmes. A basic salary of £25,000 - £26,000 is on offer with full study support with a genuine route to becoming a senior administrator and paraplanner. A full package of study support will be offered to help you through your exams towards the level 4 diploma.
