Job Opportunity: Junior/Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Roofing

Location: Nottingham (NG6)

Salary Range: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)

About:

Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for construction and roofing projects? Our client, a reputable company specializing in roofing repair and maintenance, is seeking a Junior/Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team at the Nottingham main office. All training is provided. Commercial roofing, domestic roofing, restorations roofing.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial management for roofing projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors.
• Conduct site visits to assess progress and ensure compliance (repair & maintenance)
• Support the senior quantity surveyor in day-to-day tasks.

Requirements:

• Relevant degree or qualification in Quantity Surveying or related field. (desired)
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Motivated and eager to learn.
