Our client is looking for an experienced Junior Electrical Engineer to join their well-established building services engineering consultancy. The successful candidate will work on range of projects from small sites through to multi-million-pound schemes, across a wide variety of sectors, including healthcare, residential, education and commercial.
Junior Electrical Engineer Requirements:
- BSc/MSc degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or similar
- Relevant experience within building services
- Proficient with Hevacomp, Amtech and Dialux
- Knowledge of CIBSE guides
- Understand the use of sustainable building design
- Proficient with Revit and AutoCAD (Desirable)
Junior Electrical Engineer Duties:
- Support with surveys, reports, and inspections
- Complete calculations, drawings, and designs
- Fire alarm systems, lighting, and power distribution designs
- Prepare feasibility reports - PV installations, Small scale wind generation
- Liaise with clients and support with project profitability and efficiency
