Location: South Manchester / Cheshire - HYBRID WORKING
£25,000 - £27,500 plus great benefits

Our client is a leading homewares company, supplying UK retailers. They now have an excellent opportunity for an Ecommerce Account Manager to join the hugely successful e-commerce arm of the business based in South Manchester.
Where does your role fit in?
- Reporting directly into the Online Account Manager to achieve commercial targets on Amazon Accounts
- Creating new product listings, ensuring a successful launch to market and establishing the product over time
- Optimising existing listings and ensuring the latest customer-facing content (titles, descriptions, item details etc.) is displayed to customers
- Monitoring PPC advertising campaigns to achieve set KPI’s, sharing performance and insight to drive growth
- Work with the Online Account Manager to successfully deliver Amazon specific projects
- Carry out A/B testing, sharing outcomes and recommendations to the Online Account Manager
- Monitoring product reviews / Customer services interaction
- Tracking products and bestseller ranks to understand market movements
- Working with the Online Account Manager to help drive sales of discontinued and/or surplus product
What will you need?
- Ideas & Initiative - a natural self-starter, you can spot an opportunity and get on with the delivery
- Pragmatism & Resilience - your head isn’t in the clouds! You are commercial and savvy enough to know what the business needs, and you won't stop until it’s delivered
- Pace & Prioritisation - you will need to do a lot of thinking at pace, but lots of doing too. We are a hands on business and you will need to flex your style and pitch in. No job is too big or too small. You just need to put first things first
- Management of sales on Amazon Vendor 1P and/or Merchant accounts 3P
- Good analytical skills and comfortable with working on data sets
- Computer literate especially in Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Commercial decision-making
- Understanding of profitability
- Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Working within the Home category advantageous
- Well organised with excellent time management skills
