Think Specialist Recruitment are pleased to be working with a leading organisation that operate within an exciting industry. This growing organisation have an opportunity for a Junior Designer to join their team. This position would suit a creative individual that is looking to start their career, someone who is passionate about what they do, and eager to succeed. An interest in sport would be beneficial.

Salary - £23,000 - £25,000
Monday - Friday - Office Based

Some of the duties will include:

  • Design creative and innovative new products and packaging
  • Create marketing material that is required for individual products and product launches
  • Work closely with the product team
  • Be aware of what competitors are developing and selling
  • Brainstorming and researching new ideas
  • Assist in managing the product archive
  • Assisting with trade shows and product launches
  • Working well as part of a team
  • Ad-hoc duties as required


The suitable candidate:

  • Previous experience within design is preferred but not essential
  • Experience of using Adobe Illustrator is a must have
  • Creative
  • Great team player
  • Good organisational skills
  • Willing to learn
  • Must drive due to location
