Junior Designer

This growing organisation have an opportunity for a Junior Designer to join their team. This position would suit a creative individual that is looking to start their career, someone who is passionate about what they do, and eager to succeed. An interest in sport would be beneficial.
Salary - £23,000 - £25,000
Monday - Friday - Office Based
Some of the duties will include:
- Design creative and innovative new products and packaging
- Create marketing material that is required for individual products and product launches
- Work closely with the product team
- Be aware of what competitors are developing and selling
- Brainstorming and researching new ideas
- Assist in managing the product archive
- Assisting with trade shows and product launches
- Working well as part of a team
- Ad-hoc duties as required
The suitable candidate:
- Previous experience within design is preferred but not essential
- Experience of using Adobe Illustrator is a must have
- Creative
- Great team player
- Good organisational skills
- Willing to learn
- Must drive due to location
