Are you a Compliance Officer, Quality Manager or similar with Food Safety audit experience looking to take a step up in your career in a role offering training in fresh food safety standards multiple progression paths throughout a rapidly growing business?

In this role you will be conducting internal audits, managing compliance and ensuring this fresh produce company stays up to date with BRCGS regulations and standards. This will involve being tenacious, ensuring large teams are aware of standards and strictly adhere to them. You will also manage Red Tractor, Leaf and Global Gap compliance - with training provided to get you up to speed.

This growing company manage the complete life-cycle of grocery procurement for some of the most well known names in retail. They grow, supply and pack a variety of fresh produce and have a 5-year plan to turn over £1 Billion. They are consistently acquiring new businesses, and there is a real opportunity to progress to become technical manager of various sites across the UK as the company continues to grow.

This role would suit a Junior Compliance/Quality Manager from a food safety background and audit qualifications looking train up on multiple standards and progress their career in a role that offers amble authority.

The Role:

• Ensuring Compliance to BRCGS Standards
• Conducting Internal and assisting with external audits
• Training on Red Tractor, LEAF and Global Gap certifications
• Progression to Technical Manager as the company grows

The Person:

• Compliance, Quality Officer/Manager or similar
• Food Safety background
• Internal Audit qualifications
