Junior Commercial Property Lawyer – London – Competitive Hourly Rate – Hybrid Working

Position: Junior Commercial Property Lawyer

Organisation: London based Local Authority

Duration: 3 month contract

Working Pattern: Full time

Working Arrangement: Hybrid Working- one day a week office attendance

Hourly Rate:  Competitive hourly rate

Venn Group’s legal team are working with a London basedLocal Authority to recruit a JuniorCommercial Property Lawyer to join their dynamic team.

The ideal candidate for this role will be either a NewlyQualified Solicitor, Junior Barrister or Fellow of CILEx who has experience in handling a wide range of Commercial Property matters. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Junior Lawyer to further their career.

 Local Government experience is preferable but not essential for this role provided there is significant relevant experience.

Duties shall include:

1-       Responsible for handling a broad spectrum of commercial property matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, leases, licences, rights of way, wayleaves and lease extensions

2-       To provide clear, concise, and commercially focused advice

3-       Undertake legal research in relation to Commercial Property matters
