My client is searching for a passionate and detail-orientated Junior Architectural Technologist with an enthusiasm for creative design to join their award-winning, RIBA chartered practice in Birmingham. The practice prides itself on having repeat clients and providing services across all RIBA stages of Education, Healthcare, Leisure and Residential projects.

This role provides an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to a wide range of projects and gain valuable experience.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Junior Architectural Technologist:

• Assist in completing technical drawings.
• Collaborate with the team to produce Revit models
• Degree or equivalent qualification in Architectural Technology
• Support Senior Technologists in resolving technical issues
• Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations
• Conduct site surveys and contribute to feasibility studies
• Previous experience in sectors such as Education, Healthcare, Residential and Leisure is beneficial
• Revit proficiency is essential
