I am excited to be actively recruiting for a highly reputable RIBA Chartered practice who covers multiple sectors including Industrial, commercial, office and residential with specialist focus into showcase entertainment projects. Their portfolio of innovative and beautifully crafted projects stretches across the UK and supported by a talented team comprised of Architects, Interior Designers, Project managers and Technologists. They are keen to continue their growth with the addition of a passionate Junior Architectural Technician to join their social team in Cheshire.

The Successful Junior Architectural Technician will bring to the team strong technical skills, ability to produce high quality accurate technical drawings in AutoCAD and Revit as well a positive and motivated attitude.

Skills, Experience and responsibilities for the role of Junior Architectural Technician:

• Degree or HND in Architectural Technology
• Post qualification experience is advantageous
• Be a confident user AutoCAD and Revit
• Strong time management and organisation skills
• Excellent technical abilities
• Awareness of current UK building regulations
• Keen eye for detail and boast design flare
• Great communication skills
• Passionate and driven to continue professional development
• Work well within a team environment
• Assist throughout the design process from conception to completion
• Strong portfolio
• Ideally have experience producing technical drawings for commercial and leisure projects
• Be a local to the Cheshire area
