Job Title: Junior Architectural Technician

Location: Birmingham

Salary: £25,000- £27,000 dependent on experience

I am excited to be recruiting for a well established RIBA Chartered Practice who has diverse portfolio of projects being specialist in multiple sectors including education, residential, healthcare and leisure. This dynamic and innovative practice are seeking a talented Junior Architectural Technician to join their successful team in Birmingham.

The successful candidate will be a passionate and motivated Junior Architectural Technician who is well versed in Revit and ideally has some post qualification experience.

Skills, Experience and responsibilities for the role of Junior Architectural Technician:

  • HND/HNC or degree in Architectural Technology
  • Ideally you will have some post qualification experience
  • Be a confident user of Revit
  • Strong time management and organisation skills
  • Excellent technical skills
  • Awareness of current UK building regulations
  • Great communication skills
  • Passionate and driven to continue professional development
  • Capable at working well in a team environment
  • Strong portfolio
