Junior Architectural Technician, Exeter £30k - £42K DOE

A well reputable Architecture and interior design consultancy is requiring an Architectural Technician to join them. This is the chance to join an exceptional company with 3 offices in the UK in a great location, the team are very friendly, sociable outside of work and all muck in together.

You will find yourself working on and delivering some very exciting projects within the hotel sector with big brand names, working on a variety of projects within RIBA stages 1-6. The ideal candidate will have around 3 years in practice experience.

The Role:
  • Producing working drawing packages
  • Liaising with consultants and clients
  • Attending site meetings
  • Measured surveys and site inspections
  • Proficient in Vectorworks would be beneficial
  • CIAT registered with ambitions to pursue their career to achieve their MCIAT
  • Excellent communication skills and work well in a team and independently
  • Technical ability and capability to take full responsibility for own workload
  • Architectural degree
  • A minimum of a couple of years industry experience is required
