Are you from a joinery, carpentry or construction surveying background looking to join a rapidly growing family run business working on highly bespoke products, where you will be given the autonomy to make the role your own as your progress into management and directorship.

On offer is the chance to carry out a varied, challenging role where you will be given excellent training to allow you to grow your own team within 6-8 months and play a large part to the future growth of the business, with routes to progress to a Director role in the within the next 5 years.

This company are leaders in their niche, manufacturing bespoke products for high end domestic and commercial clients. Due to rapid growth, they are looking for someone who wants to progress with a company by developing their own team.

In this role you will initially be involved in carrying out first and second surveys across the South West and carrying out CAD designs based on the specifications gathered, training will be provided. Once settled, you will step into a Management role and grow your team by hiring junior members of staff to work under you.

The role would suit someone from either a joinery/ carpentry or construction surveying background who are looking to progress into a management role, or have previous management/ supervisory experience already. Candidates from a Technical Design background are also encouraged to apply.

The Role:
*Monday - Friday, 40 hours
*Carrying out site surveys
*CAD Designs based on specification for manufacture
*Recruiting and managing a team after 6-8 months

The Person:
*Joinery/ Carpentry/ Construction surveying background
*Desire to progress to management role (previous experience a bonus)
*Full UK Driver's license
