Are you a joiner/ carpenter or experienced with Shop Fit-Outs looking for a highly autonomous role with a growing company where you will progress off the tools into a management role, with routes to directorship, all the while being given further technical training and mentorship to further become an expert in the field?

This company have been established for more than 40 years, providing bespoke solutions to commercial retail and NHS clients. Due to continued growth, they are looking for someone to take the next step in their career by joining their close knit team.

In this role you will be managing an installation team to co-ordinate the fitting of bespoke products to a variety of commercial clients. You will manage the process from the start to finish, including liaising with the clients at all stages of the process and carry out site surveys. The role will be split between the office in Leeds (80%) and site visits across the North and Midlands (20%).

The role would be perfect for a Joiner/ carpenter or shop fitter with a commercial aptitude/ project experience, looking to get into a management role. A full UK driver's license and CSCS card or equivalent would also be required.

The Role:
*Leading an installation team
*Managing projects from start to finish
*Liaising with clients at all stages of the process
*Based in the office, with regular travel to site

The Person:
*Experience in the joinery, bespoke furniture or commercial shop fitting industry, or similar
*Comfortable facing commercial clients in person
*Able to read CAD drawings
*Full UK Driver's license and CSCS card or equivalent
