Joiner 6 Month Contract

We are one of the largest housing associations in the North of England, managing over 38,000 homes across the region. At Together Housing, we are dedicated to providing safe and high-quality housing for our residents.

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Joiner to join our team on a Temporary basis for 6 months with possible extension to 12 months. As a Joiner, you will be responsible for carrying out all types of joinery work on both tenanted and vacant properties.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Completing joinery repairs and maintenance tasks in accordance with job tickets and specifications
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with building regulations
• Organizing and managing workload effectively to minimize any delays or non-productive time
• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor
• Working collaboratively with other team members and contractors to ensure efficient use of time and resources

The successful candidate will have:

• A full UK driver's license
• Extensive experience working as a joiner, including proficiency in various joinery techniques
• Relevant qualifications in joinery (such as a City and Guilds certificate or NVQ Level 2)
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

Requirements
