We are FJewellery, an exciting new jewellery brand with 8 retail stores in London, and a flagship store in the Hatton Garden area of London, the heart of the jewellery industry.

Why F? Because we are jewellery for any mood and every occasion, be it Fabulous, Feminine, or Fearless. We sell designer jewellery and a large selection of sustainable pre-loved jewellery.

We are looking for an experienced sales professional to join our fast growing team.

Required language skills will enable you to interact with diverse clients of our stores.

Locations: Southall (Tamil, Hindu language), East Ham (Romanian,Tamil language) , Hounslow ( Polish , Russian, Hindu language)

The role offers a high level of autonomy as you will effectively be managing all jewellery sales within one of our London branches.

About you:

You are trustworthy, charismatic and enthusiastic with a real passion for jewellery (That’s a given - this role isn’t for you if you don’t love jewellery).

You have the communication and interpersonal skills needed to build a friendly rapport with a diverse customer base, encouraging repeat custom.

You will have demonstrable experience in sales, but not necessarily in jewellery sales as full training will be given.

Above all you will be able to show us amazing customer service levels to maximise sales and achieve your targets.

Responsibilities include:

- Eye catching window and counter displays

- Creating a welcoming environment to your store

- Serving and building relationships with our customers

- Pro-active selling and marketing to existing customers

- You’ll have an understanding and appreciation of the Security, Logistics and Operational procedures relating to high value jewellery items

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
