An exciting opportunity has arisen for an iTrent Systems Administrator to work for a prestigious regulatory body that provides extensive knowledge on a national scale. This is an interim position to provide support in maximising the effective and efficient use of iTrent across the business.

Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Identify and support the design and implementation of new processes within iTrent, in order to maximise efficiencies and reduce manual process
  • Identify, raise, track and remedy requests relating to iTrent system errors, issues and bugs in partnership with MHR
  • Actively participate in testing of all upgrades/patches/workarounds and solutions
  • Work with colleagues in Payroll and HR to advise and guide the business on the effective and efficient use of iTrent
  • Develop operating procedures and deliver system based training for the whole organisation
  • Act as a point of contact for system functionality, queries and access, and escalate matters to the attention of key stakeholders when appropriate
  • Attend regular meetings with the iTrent Account Manager to raise any systems related issues and to understand new system functionality
  • Ensure that iTrent complies with Data Protection and good data security practice
  • Ensure that UAT (User Acceptance Testing) is conducted in a timely manner

Ideal candidate profile:

  • Extensive experience using iTrent
  • Prior experience working for a public sector organisation
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate with staff of all seniorities
  • Prior experience producing training documents and leading training sessions

Daily rate: £560.35 per day PAYE (inclusive of holiday pay)

Working hours: Full time

Working pattern: Hybrid (1 day a week in office)
