Overview:

This role entails supporting Level 1 IT infrastructure, serving as a point of contact for IT services, incident management, asset inventory, and configuration. This position requires participation in organizational initiatives and flexibility for business needs, including communication with the US-based IT team.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, manage, remove network user access
  • Install and configure workstation equipment to include both laptops and thin clients
  • Provide support on our network equipment as needed by our Network Team
  • Manage IT incidents from inception to close utilizing ServiceNow software
  • Track the inventory of software, hardware and network assets
  • Maintain security of the organization’s computer systems
  • Create, develop, and maintain SharePoint sites
  • Lead IT projects as needed
  • Support external clients as needed for email accounts and campaign implementation
  • Maintain IT processes compatible with IT Security and Service Desk
  • Participate in incident and problem resolution relating to all IT infrastructure
  • Perform monitoring activities to ensure all systems and services are meeting service level agreements
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with the end-user community

Desirable skills:

  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory, Windows OS, Exchange, Office 365
  • Experience in process-oriented workflows

  • Adaptable
  • Detail-oriented
  • Prior experience preferred but not essential

Salary:

£20,000 per annum

Working hours:

40 hours per week
