IT Helpdesk Analyst

£26-28k p.a

Our client, a fantastic law firm, has an exciting opportunity for an IT Helpdesk Analyst to join their team!

Key skills/ experience:

  • Experience in a 1st line support role, ideally within professional services, but not essential.
  • Technical support: IT HelpDesk, asset management (including laptops and mobile devices) and technical training
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience of working in a client focused role, delivering exceptional client service at all times
  • Ability to work at pace and deliver to multiple deadlines.
