IT Contracts and Vendor/Supplier Manager

Home based role- x1 per month in London

£55,000-£60,000 + 4.5% matched pension, 25 days holiday

We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager or Vendor Manager. If you have previously worked within an IT and Technology domain then this would be advantageous, but is not essential.

Working within our dedicated commercial management team and reporting in to the Head of Contracts and Commercial Management, you will manage a portfolio circa 20+ vendors providing goods and services across IT and Technology.

Core elements of the role will include:

  • Develop and maintain partnering relationships
  • Carry out commercial contract reviews
  • Manage 3rd party service reviews and meetings with Technology vendors
  • Manage vendors against clear metrics/ KPI's
  • Tracking of opex spend vs budget
  • Contribute towards competitive tendering processes with appropriate vendor evaluation/ selection criteria.

To be considered for this fantastic opportunity offering strong levels of autonomy and fantastic remote working options we are looking for the following skills and experience;

  • Significant previous experience of managing supplier relationships as a category/supplier manager, vendor manager or commercial contracts manager.
  • Strong understanding of Commercial contract terms and conditions
  • Good experience and understanding of managed service and SLA frameworks
  • Understands broad concepts of gdpr compliance, liability caps and exclusion, modern slavery and anti-bribery.
