Our client is looking for an experienced IT Contracts & Commercial Manager to lead the business's vendor contractual commitments across their IT landscape.

The role requires in-depth knowledge of contract management, vendor performance management as well as relationship and risk management.

Home based with occasional travel to the london HQ and third party supplier sites as necessary

  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the business such as procurement and legal to appropriately exectute technology vendor management in a way that is best for the business and in lin ewith agreed internal policies and partnering strategies.
  • As part of RFP processes - Work with the procurement team to manage vendor selection criteria in cases where a competitive tender is identified
  • Carry out legal and commercial contractual reviews and negotiations
