Island Registered Manager - Children's home - Outside IR35


NonStop Care is working closely with an Island local authority who are looking an experienced Registered Manager to lead one of their homes.


This a rare opportunity to develop your skills and try something different on an stunning island with different legislation as it is self governing

Responsibilities:


* Ensuring that each young person has a plan which reflects his / her care, education, social, emotional, cultural, therapeutic and health needs and that this plan is regularly reviewed.
* Developing systems in which young people are consulted about the quality of care they receive.

Requirements:


* Must have a Grade 5 Residential Qualification
* Hold Level 5 Leadership and Management Training.
* Must have been a Registered Manager for at least 2 Years.
