IP Associate

Our client are actively seeking an Associate (2-4 yr PQE) to join their expanding IP team based in London.

More about the Role

• In this role, you will collaborate closely with Partners on a variety of high-caliber work, spanning both contentious and non-contentious IP matters.
• From guiding clients through multi-jurisdictional dispute resolutions to navigating intricate IP agreements, you will play a pivotal role in supporting clients throughout the lifecycle of their intellectual property rights.
• About You
• To excel in this role, you should be a dedicated IP Lawyer with exposure to both contentious and non-contentious matters.
• Ideally, you will have completed the Postgraduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Law and Practice.
• Valuable experience includes a solid understanding of various intellectual property rights, proficiency in pre-action correspondence, case management, and the ability to handle complex IP agreements.
