This is an amazing chance to join a leading firm in a highly coveted position as an IP Administrator in their patents team. Ideal for motivated individuals looking for a change and to join a well-established patents department.

In this role your responsibilities will include, but would not be restricted to:

  • Preparing IP applications at all stages
  • Liaising with fee earners and clients
  • Organising reminders for applications
  • Updating the records in-house database with required information
  • Providing administrative support to others where required

Candidates should have 2-3 years experience working as a IP Administrator in a patents position from either private practice or in-house. A commitment to excellence and a confidence communicating both verbally and in writing will set you apart from the crowd!

If you enjoy a challenge and thrive when working with others, this is truly an opportunity not to be missed!

Dawn Ellmore Employment aims to respond to all applicants, however due to the number of applications received this is regrettably not always possible. If you have not received a response within three working days, you may assume that your application has been unsuccessful on this occasion.
