Reed Business Support is proud to be representing a global law firm for the recruitment of a Personal Assistant. You will be tasked with handling specific administrative support to a partner of the firm. Up to and including assisting with client, case, and diary management, preparing new patent applications for filing using online software.

Benefits:

  • Wage: Up to £35,000 (DOE)
  • Hours: 37.5 Hours Monday to Friday

About the role:

  • Managing own and partners inboxes, processing emails and post
  • Updating the case management system
  • Arranging UK and foreign travel (arranging travel, visas, and accommodation) when needed
  • Full secretarial support including all typing of documents including letters, emails, and patent specifications
  • Preparation of documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations
  • Managing and submitting expenses for processing
  • Dealing with client queries, where appropriate
  • General administrative support to the team when required

About you:

  • PA or patent administration experience is preferred, or a strong administration background
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, dealing with clients in a professional manner and managing clients’ expectations.
  • Ability to balance and prioritise workload, able to multi-task and forward plan.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and pride in accuracy
  • Good Microsoft package skills
