This position seeks an Invoicing Assistant to join the Accounting & Finance team in a London-based healthcare organisation. This is a remote role with occasional travel to locations between Nottingham and London which will be fully expensed by the company.

Client Details

Our client is a reputable healthcare institution in London, with a workforce of over 500 employees. They are dedicated to providing top-notch healthcare services and are well-known for their professionalism and commitment to excellence.


  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of invoices
  • Verify details of transactions, including funds received and total account balances
  • Prepare and update accounting records, including financial statements and reports
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure accurate and timely billing processes
  • Resolve billing issues in collaboration with other departments
  • Review and rectify any discrepancies in invoices
  • Ensure adherence to organisational financial policies and guidelines
  • Participate in periodic audits and support audit processes


A successful Invoicing Assistant should have:

  • An understanding of finance & keenness to progress in this field
  • Proficiency in accounting software, Sage 50 experience desired
  • A full UK driving license is desired for ease of travel
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
