As an Investor Services Manager, you will be responsible for managing Investor Relationships and funding bridging opportunities from our bank of HNW investors. The role is varied, primarily focused on servicing updates, funding loans, managing new and existing investors and providing support to the Finance Department, Lending Underwriters and to Directors.

Responsibilities:

• Weekly servicing updates and portal overview - acting as liaison with investor base and Servicing Team
• Liaising with the Director of Investor Services in relation to new and potential clients
• Liaison with potential and existing investors providing information on new loans to fund
• Loan funding - presenting investment opportunities to investors for funding
• Development fund portal - overseeing updates and continually evolving
• Trust Schedules - production on completion of loan funding
• On line searches, including but not limited to Credit Searches and Company searches
• Ongoing database management for the investors

Skills and Experience:

• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong organisational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Knowledge of property or property sales advantageous
• Able to use Word, Excel and Outlook
