Investment Manager

This is a unique opportunity to join a market leading independent property investment company in their investment team as an Investment Manager. With offices in in the Far East, Middle East, Africa and UK, this offers great prospect for progression and growth within an international company.

Previous experience transacting in residential real estate markets is essential for this position as will need to hit the ground running.

Investment Manager - company profile:

Investment Manager- key duties:

• Analyse real estate markets, identify investment opportunities at market and asset level.
• Source & negotiate residential real estate investment opportunities
• Undertake commercial and legal due diligence
• Instruct and manage suppliers
• Present new projects to the investment committee
• Daily management & oversight of investment associates
• Negotiate offers, heads of terms and legal contracts
• Work closely with marketing department and analysts to bring products to market
• Launch to global sales network and provide ongoing product support
• Manage of all incoming and outgoing product-related payments
• Ability to work across markets if required (assessed quarterly and resources allocated if needed)

Investment Manager - person profile:

• Experience identifying investment opportunities & negotiating transactions with developers and vendors
• Experience developing internal and external client relationships
• Be highly organised and consistently meet deadlines in a high pressure environment
• Work autonomously and as part of a team
• Educated to degree level (real estate or similar ideally)
• Significant real estate experience and knowledge of UK market
• Willingness to travel to development sites regularly
• Professional qualification (e.g. MRICS etc)

Investment Manager -guide package:
Guide Salary: £50-55,000 + monthly travel allowance + Quarterly discretionary bonus

Hours: Monday to Friday office hours

Location - Central London and 2 days hybrid
