Are you an experienced professional in the financial services industry with a keen interest in investment education seminars and financial services conferences? Our client, a prestigious boutique institution in London, is seeking a skilled Supervisor to lead and coordinate the execution of these high-profile activities.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sourcing of resources required for training services, round-tables and conferences
  • Ensure that all current mandates are adequately resourced
  • Oversee the professional marketing and sponsorship activities for all events
  • Coordinate all pre and post-event administrative tasks to the highest standards

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Prior experience working in the financial services industry in the UK
  • Strong understanding of the resources needed to deliver successful training services and events
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication and networking abilities
