Investment Analyst route to Deputy Investment Manager - £40,000 + bonus and full study support to CFA - Wealth Management Firm with UHNW Clients - London role with hybrid working

My client is a medium sized (100 staff) Independent Financial Advice firm with a presence across Central London but also with offices globally who I have met and placed 10 members of staff with. They offer whole of market advice on Pensions, Investments, Tax Planning, IHT, Trusts and some Protections to families, City professionals, accumulators, retirees and SME owners but specifically with HNW & UHNW clients. Many of these have a global element to them so their affairs can be very complex so the advice they receive is very technical and esoteric.

The Advisers are generating lots of new business via recommendation and referral and they have major plans to expand the business organically by trebling it's AUM and doubling it's staff count over the next 5 years. The business has won numerous award for it's unique proposition and level of service they offer their clients. The business has no aspirations to be acquired by a large IFA firm or sell the business.

As a result of this the MD is creating a brand-new roles within the Investment Team for an established Analyst with 1 -2 years of experience in an a similar role. The business has 800 model portfolios and you will attend IMC meetings and liaise with the Advisers and the staff in their pods and will also have lots of contact with the internal Trading Team. You will need strong Excel skills, VBA and Morningstar or Bloomberg experience would be a big advantage. You must have a degree in a technical subject such as Maths, Economics etc. with good grades.

If this role sounds of interest or any other paraplanner roles I am working on please get in touch. For more details please contact Peter Fozard at Financial Divisions.
