Investment Analyst (Real Estate/IB/PE)

Job Title: Real Estate Investment Analyst

Salary: £50,000 - £80,000

Location: London

Nearest Tube: Piccadilly Circus

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to assess potential real estate investment opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate the feasibility and profitability of BTR projects.
• Prepare detailed financial models and investment memos for presentation to stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of market trends, regulations, and economic indicators affecting the real estate industry.
• Assist in the due diligence process for property acquisitions, including financial, legal, and market analysis.
• Work closely with the development team to optimize project financial performance.

You are the Ideal Candidate if You Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Proven experience in real estate investment analysis, preferably within Build to Rent or residential development.
• Strong financial modelling skills and proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of UK real estate market trends and regulations.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
