Investment Administrator - Permanent - Glasgow - to £33K (pro rata) plus benefits

Our client is a nationally recognized Wealth & Investment Management organization dedicated to helping their clients achieve their financial goals. With a legacy of excellence and a commitment to innovation, they provide tailored investment solutions and financial expertise to a diverse clientele. They are currently seeking an experienced Investment Administrator to join their team in Glasgow working closely with the Investment Managers and their clients

Position Overview:

As an Investment Administrator, you will play a critical role in providing seamless support to the Investment Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to manage all administrative tasks related to their clients and mailbox.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all administrative tasks related to the Investment Director's client portfolio and mailbox.
  • Collaborate with other Administrators in the team to ensure efficient task handling.
  • Support the Investment Directors and Investment Managers in their advisory responsibilities.
  • Assist in the preparation of investment reports, documentation, and transactions.
  • Maintain client records and databases with a keen eye for accuracy and compliance.
  • Liaise with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service.
  • Contribute to team projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Wealth management / Investment Management experience and understanding of financial services is highly beneficial.
  • Previous experience as an Investment Administrator or Financial Planning Administrator is ideal.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance is advantageous.
  • Professional demeanour and a commitment to client service excellence.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude.
